Unlike Beer Can Chicken, our 3 pound chickens are dry rubbed with our special blend of seasonings, injected with beer and marinaded for 24 hours before we slow smoke/grill it for that perfect texture and taste. We then vacumm seal and flash freeze it to seal in freshness and flavor. After proper preparation, we then pack the container with reusable ice packs and ship your order to your door with 2 day delivery. All that you have to do is thaw, heat and eat!
